The story

I was in need of a new car as my current car was falling apart underneath me and I couldn't afford the repairs it needed. After owning a 5 speed wrx (2002) I knew I wanted a manual transmission, and a turbocharged engine. My local Subaru dealership wasn't very willing to help so I sought out other options. (I still love you, Subaru) my next option was the Focus RS, but I knew they were becoming increasingly rare and the ones that were available were marked up by dealerships. Then I looked at the Focus ST. A close friend had great things to say after test driving one. So about a week later, I found myself at my local Ford dealership waiting to hear if I was approved or not. As soon as they said "Congratulations, it's yours" I already had a good picture of what mods I'd want to do to add my own touch while still being able to daily drive it.
